As much as I prefer working on the computer now, the old fashioned way still works when necessary, especially when the creative juices are flowing and I've just got to get something recorded before I forget.Suzannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01827928236401341110noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6635254887060965792.post-38122292459191310922011-07-20T18:49:28.546-05:002011-07-20T18:49:28.546-05:00I don't have a laptop, but I carry a notebook ...I don't have a laptop, but I carry a notebook with me and can write anywhere (except in the car, due to motion sickness). I like to have something to do with my hands while I watch a movie or attend theology classes. Since you have two children, I'm sure it's great to be able to take advantage of time and write wherever you happen to be.Abigail Hartmanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02753785611813086527noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6635254887060965792.post-40762773411483715862011-07-20T17:23:28.626-05:002011-07-20T17:23:28.626-05:00Liberty, you are a champion! I think it's great!

Me? It's the laptop and me on the couch. I do my best writing in the morning after a good talk with the Lord and a strong cup of coffee. Sometimes at night, I'll get an idea and have to jot it down quickly or else it's gone.

Love your ramblings-they are inspiring.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01571892159506683588noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6635254887060965792.post-817320102207477142011-07-19T13:00:46.234-05:002011-07-19T13:00:46.234-05:00@Adam, I know what you mean!

I wrote while at the kids' baseball and soccer practices, during their violin lessons, at church when I didn't have a class that session. Now I've gotten used to writing on the computer and don't like having to take the time to write it, then type it into the computer later. But I think I miss out on a certain amount of freedom when I limit myself to justnwriting on the computer.Suzannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01827928236401341110noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6635254887060965792.post-87167899826750153732011-07-18T06:48:14.186-05:002011-07-18T06:48:14.186-05:00Like you, I don't really have an official plac...Like you, I don't really have an official place to write. Our house is small so it's usually a case of write where I can find a quiet spot free from rowdy kids. Often it is the kitchen table, but much of my novel was written in the backyard with the laptop during summer - a year or two back.Adam Collingshttp://collingszone.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.com
